Our Mission

Empowering Independent Living

Our mission is to support individuals aged 16 and above—particularly those leaving care or navigating complex life circumstances—by offering structured, high-quality support in a safe and nurturing setting.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, make meaningful choices, and achieve their goals. That’s why our approach focuses on personalised, strengths-based care plans designed around the needs and aspirations of each person.

Whether it’s developing practical living skills, managing routines, or building social confidence, we’re here every step of the way.

Our Vision

At Calordomus Support, our vision is to provide a safe, structured environment where individuals can develop essential skills and grow in confidence. We focus on supporting young people aged 16 and over, particularly those leaving care, to live independently and build brighter futures grounded in respect, inclusion, and opportunity.

Our Values

We are guided by compassion, dignity, and individual empowerment. Every person we support is met with patience, kindness, and understanding. We believe in creating a nurturing space where emotional well-being is prioritised, and where people feel genuinely valued, respected, and supported in building their self-worth and independence

Our Method

We offer consistent, responsive support through clear routines and open communication. By understanding each person’s experiences, we provide care that builds trust and stability. We remain committed to continual improvement, ensuring everyone in our care receives the protection, clarity, and encouragement they need.

Our Services

Calordomus Support provides tailored supported living services designed to meet the needs of individuals as they work towards greater independence. We offer structured, person-centred care in safe and welcoming environments, helping people feel secure while developing the skills and confidence needed to manage daily life more independently.

Our services include access to consistent support within individual accommodation, as well as one-to-one guidance delivered in the home. Support can include help with daily routines, emotional well-being, accessing appointments, and building essential life skills.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to treating everyone with respect, dignity, and patience. We work in partnership with individuals to create flexible support plans that reflect their goals and circumstances. Through encouragement, structure, and meaningful engagement, we help people take positive steps toward stability, confidence, and a more independent future.
